Consultation, Training & Project Collaboration
Christa McCrorie, LICSW-S, PIP; CD (DONA), CST (SHA) partners with organizations, universities, nonprofits, healthcare systems, governments, and community initiatives across Alabama, nationally, and internationally on projects that require expertise in social work, mental health, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming practice, sexuality, perinatal experiences, trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, education, research, and social justice.
She offers consultation, curriculum and training development, program design, research and evaluation, policy and practice development, professional education, workshops and speaking, clinical consultation, professional and academic writing for publication, and strategic project support.
Her work brings together clinical experience, scholarship, embodied and relational approaches, and a commitment to creating more equitable, affirming, culturally responsive, and human-centered systems of care. She remains grounded in direct practice and lived clinical realities, allowing her to bring the perspective of the micro level into larger organizational, community, research, and systems-level projects.
